• What time is the party?

   

  Doors will open at 7:00pm, and the party will end at 1:00am. 

  Last call for alcoholic beverages is at 12:30am.

• What time will dinner be served?

  
  

  The dinner buffet will be served at 7:00-9:00pm.  The dessert table will be available at 8:00-10:00pm.
  

• What beverages are included in the price of the party?

   

  The price of the party includes an unlimited amount of the available non-alcoholic beverages.

  The price of the party also includes 4 alcoholic beverages plus a glass of champagne at midnight. You may use your alcoholic beverage tickets at your reserved party and at the Countdown Lounge. Further alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
  

• Does the price of the party include a room at the resort?

   

  No, but you can receive a discounted rate on a room for the night of December 31 when you attend one of our parties. You must call 866.801.6430 to receive this discount.

• The price listed is for two people. Do you offer a price for one person?

   

  Yes.

  Dance the Year Away Party: $119.50/person

• What are the seating arrangements?

  
  

  At the Elegant Eve Gala in the Courtyard, there will be various table sizes ranging from 2 to 10 people per table. Table assignments will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis at the time of booking the party.

  At the Dance the Year Away Party in Crystal Ballroom, the seating will be tables that accommodate 10 people.

• How many spins will I get on the prize wheel in the Countdown Lounge?

  
  

  Each partygoer will get one spin on the prize wheel in the Countdown Lounge.

• Is there an age requirement to attend the party?

  
  Yes, all attendees must be 21 or older.

• What is the dress code?

  
  The dress code is holiday casual. Jeans, athletic wear, and similar clothing are not holiday casual.

• When must I pay for the party?

  
  The full cost of the party is due at the time you reserve it.

• What if I need to cancel my party reservation? Can I get a refund?

  
  To cancel your reservation, call 866.801.6430. For a refund, cancel by 4:00pm on December 29.

• Will I be able to watch the ball drop at midnight?

  
  Yes, there will be a large screen displaying the ball drop at midnight.

• If I book one party, can I go to the other party after dinner is served or at any other time?

  
  No, you may attend only the party you booked.
