Here’s how our Best Rate Guarantee works:
Step 1 – Make a confirmed reservation on our official booking website or by calling us directly at 866.801.6430.
Step 2 – If you find a qualifying lower rate and submit a claim within 24 hours after making your reservation and at least 48 priors to your arrival day and if we can verify your claim, we will honor that lower rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found and verified and give you a $25 food & beverage credit for your stay.

To qualify for this guarantee, you will need the confirmation number from your reservation made directly through the Eden Resort & Suites.
A qualifying lower rate is a lower rate that you find on a website or app that is not owned by the Eden Resort & Suites for the same accommodations as your confirmed reservation. A lower rate will not qualify if there are differences (compared to your confirmed reservation) in the hotel; room type; dates of stay; length of stay; number of guests; number of rooms; amenities (e.g., free breakfast); room view; or policies, terms, or conditions for the booking (e.g., cancellation or refund policy).
A lower rate will not qualify if the rate (i) is on a website or app that does not disclose the brand or hotel until the reservation is made; (ii) is determined via an auction; (iii) is for the hotel component of a package booking; (iv) is for a booking that does not provide an immediate confirmation; (v) has been negotiated by the hotel and is not available to the general public (e.g., corporate rates, government rates, promotional rates, travel agent rates, industry rates, and membership rates); (vi) requires a login, credit card number, or a code to see; (vii) is on a website or app that does not give the ability to book a reservation; (viii) is for a reservation that is not authorized to be transferred (such as a guest “reselling” a confirmed reservation); (ix) is on a website or app that is in an unsupported language; or (x) is lower due to the currency exchange rate and/or rounding applied.
Within 24 hours after making your reservation and at least 48 hours prior to your arrival day, you must submit a claim online or call our reservation specialists at 866.801.6430.
After you submit your claim, we will attempt to verify your claim. If you have a confirmed reservation booked directly with us, found a qualifying lower rate, and submitted a claim in a timely manner and we are able to verify it, we will honor the lower rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found/verified and give you a $25 food & beverage credit for your stay.
