After downloading and installing the Eden Resort & Suites app for the first time, you will need to create an account. To do so, select the “Mobile Check-In & Key” option. Then, click the “Access Mobile Key” button and choose to “Sign Up” for an account. To have your reservation(s) automatically imported into the app, use the same email address and name that are assigned to your reservation(s) when creating an account.
If your mobile app account uses the same email address and name as on your reservation, the reservation should automatically appear in the “Mobile Check-In & Key” area. If it does not, select the “Manual Import” option and use the code that will be emailed to you from no-reply@intelity.com with the subject “Manage Your Upcoming Stay”—this email will be sent the day before arrival.
When you see your reservation in the “Mobile Check-In & Key” area, select the “Check-in” option. Note that mobile check-in is available at or after 2:00 p.m. on your arrival date.
For mobile check-in to be successful, you must have a credit card on file that can be authorized for your room charges and incidentals and your room must be ready. If your mobile check-in attempt is not successful and you have a credit card on file that can be authorized, you can try again to see whether your room is ready. Be aware that your room may not be ready until check-in time at 4:00 p.m.
Once you have checked in to your room (whether via the app or at the Front Desk), you can choose the “Activate Key” option. Your Bluetooth must be enabled for your mobile key to work. Please be aware that you do not have to activate or use a mobile key to check-in via the app, and, even if you do activate or use a mobile key, you can still get physical keycards at the Front Desk at any time.
