All sleeping rooms were comfortable and spotless. The meeting and workshop rooms were perfect. The set-up and food at the two breakfast buffets, Welcome Reception, Reorganization Luncheon, and Banquet were excellent. All employees of the hotel were accommodating! We were impressed with their willingness to assist us in every way. I do not know their name but please convey our appreciation to all of them.

Sharon Antal and the PSAD Conference Committee informed me of your wonderful cooperation and assistance during the more than a year they worked with you to prepare of the big event.

My sister and I booked the Executive Suite for a surprise 60th anniversary party for our parents. We would like to thank everyone involved in the planning of/ assisting on the day of the party which was 9/1/2012 from 12-3p. From Kristal Garber who assisted with booking the party. She was so helpful and professional. To Justin Kitts, who helped us get my parents in the room without realizing the party was for them. Thank you! Also, Sara and Kristen, the servers who worked so hard setting up the food and drinks, making the room look so beautiful and constantly checking to make sure we did not need anything. Thank you for all your hard work and professionalism. It all worked out perfect thanks to these wonderful people and they should be commended for their efforts! My parents, our family and friends all had a marvelous time due to the diligent efforts of the staff at the Eden. Thank the Cook too, for the delicious food. Our sincere thanks to all.
